Craniosacral therapy

Gentle treatment for mum and baby to help release tension in the body. If your baby has trouble with feeding, digestion or sleep, then craniosacral therapy can make them feel a whole lot better.

Massage Therapy

Restorative and remedial pregnancy massage therapy to address concerns and to support your changing pregnant body. We work side lying with a number of supports to make sure you are feeling 100% comfortable.

Reflexology

A treat not just for your feet, but your whole body. To help balance hormones, address physical concerns and for deep relaxation. A space to rest and nurture your body.

For Your pregnancy

Growing a human is amazing but hard work. We can provide treatment to help support your changing body. We can help with common symptoms such as; nausea, pelvic pain, rib pain, wrist pain, constipation, anxiety, and insomnia.

For your Baby

Now your baby has arrived, we can help with any newborn concerns, such as feeding, wind, digestion and head shape. If you have had a tricky birth then we are here to listen and help.

For your recovery

The post natal period can bring a new set of challenges, aches and pains. We can help to make your body feel good, so that you can focus on looking after your baby. You are welcome to bring your newborn to your session.

Our treatment room is a tranquil space full of nice smells, lovely linens, a heated couch, air conditioning and the very important bathroom! We have a floor bed for your baby, enough space for a pram and toys for all ages. Clients often comment on what a lovely room we have.
