Claire King - craniosacral therapist
Hi, I'm Claire and I have been working as a bodywork therapist since 2003.
My qualifications started with ITEC Holistic Massage, Anatomy & Physiology at Morley College, London. I went on to become a teaching assistant on the same course for the next two years, which was a fantastic way to develop my massage skills. Whilst teaching, I started my private practice and continued my bodywork studies, qualifying in 2004/05 in Indian Head Massage, Seated Acupressure, Baby Massage teaching qualification and a City & Guilds in Sports Massage. I continued to practice and run a successful business, taking a career break to have my two children. Returning to work, I decided that I wanted to learn again and take a different direction. I always love to add more strings to my bow!
In 2016 I embarked on a two year Craniosacral course at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy under the tutelage of Thomas Atlee. I qualified in July 2018 and am continuing my CPD hours (continuous professional development) in relation to this work with regular post grad courses. My most recent course was two specialist baby weekends at The London School of Osteopathy.
I also have regular supervision as part of my accreditation process as a registered craniosacral therapist (RCST).
I am fully insured by Holistic Insurance Services.
My approach to my work is always holistic so treatments are individual and incorporate all of my experience as a bodywork therapist.
I love what I do and strive to be the best therapist I can be - I hope you agree. Claire x
emily Champ - Reflexologist
Hi, I'm Emily, I am a reflexologist and holistic therapist, with a clinical background, working as a dentist for over 20 years.
I was a regular reflexology client for many years and felt inspired to train as a reflexologist in 2014 so that I could pass on the amazing wellbeing benefits I felt to others.
With my existing clinical anatomy knowledge (especially of the head and neck area) I have continued with further training in advanced facial reflexology.
I work with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) 5 Element Reflexology and also Gentle Release Therapy. I’m fascinated by energy channels and incorporate acupressure points and energy release into treatments. I really feel this promotes relaxation and wellbeing benefits to my clients.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists which is recognised by most insurance companies.
My ongoing training sees me currently studying to be a craniosacral therapist at The College of Craniosacral Therapy, London. Qualifying in July 2025.
