Pregnancy
All treatments are suitable during pregnancy, once you are into the second trimester and have had your 12 week scan.
Craniosacral Therapy
CST is very beneficial during pregnancy and can be booked as a stand alone 1 hour treatment or as a pregnancy massage combination.
It can be particularly useful for pregnancy related conditions such as; heartburn, and hip alignment and discomfort around the pelvis. Also very useful for anxiety that sometimes comes around childbirth.

MASSAGE:
A full body pregnancy massage is conducted by lying you on your side with enough supports to make you feel stable and not like you're falling off the massage couch! Having been pregnant I understand that comfort is key for maximum relaxation. I work to lengthen and stretch your muscles, addressing any painful areas. I also work with labour inducing acupressure points for those at full term. I massage one side of your body - from shoulders to feet then the other side.
Massage really is a must during pregnancy!
REFLEXOLOGY:
Reflexology can be helpful when trying to conceive and also a relaxing supportive treatment throughout your pregnancy.
As well as other lifestyle changes, reflexology is thought to help the body to get ready for a pregnancy.
During the pregnancy it continues to be a relaxing support and in the later stages of pregnancy (37 weeks onwards) can help to promote a natural birth.
After pregnancy it can really help to relax and rebalance as well.
I am trained in pre-conception, pregnancy and post-natal reflexology and very happy to see clients at any stage of their journey to offer reflexology support.
